Ultrasonics - The Sound Approach to Cleaning

wave

Ultrasonic cleaning works through the rapid release of a succession of shock waves in liquid media. These waves produce alternate compressions and rarefactions, creating a process called cavitation - which jars dirt, scale and oils from the surface of materials during the ultrasonic cleaning process. The many benefits of this process include:

A Wide Range of Applications
Because the application of ultrasonic technology are amazingly broad, the process can be used for everything from a large volume cleaning of products, to maintenance of in-house equipment, to other uses such as liquid degassing, chemical reactions and
oil shearing.

At SSI, we constantly keep your future needs in mind. Applications for our ultrasonic cleaning systems continue to expand and benefit an ever-increasing array of clients and industries.
