Ultrasonic Generators
Sonic Systems provides highly stable and dependable ultrasonic generators, to keep your ultrasonic processes running smoothly. Designed for continuous operation, they are virtually maintenance free. We offer 500, 600, 1,000, and 1,200 watt modules, available in 27kHz or 40kHz frequencies.

SSI generators feature a high-efficiency circuit designed to optimize performance and reduce operating costs. Modern solid-state electronics are used, with most devices limited to a single printed circuit card. This allows easy repair and maintenance, and minimizes downtime.

A unique Automatic Frequency Control (AFC) circuit eliminates the need for periodic re-tuning and ensures that the transducers maintain operating resonant conditions even with variations in type of load, temperature, and liquid level.

SSI's compact design requires low power consumption and is available in convenient portable bench models or rack-mounted in NEMA-12 enclosures. NEMA-4X and explosion proof (NEMA 7-9) models are also available.
